Festive trail mix!

This post is sponsored by Acorn, an influence company. As always, all opinions are 100% my own. #HoneyNutCheerios #NuestroCereal

As a teacher and mom of two young children I am always looking for creative ideas for snacks!

The last day of school is approaching and I love gifting my students with something sweet! I usually give them pencils, stickers, and little trinkets. I thought I was switch that up this year and give them something they would actually use…. FOOD! All of my students love treats!

I wanted to incorporate cheerios into this snack and I was easily able to find this product in the cereal aisle at Walmart! I knew that this festive trail mix needed marshmallows, chocolate, pretzels, and popcorn in it! I also decided to really make it festive by adding SPRINKLES! I mean sprinkles makes everything better! Right?

Creating memories with my children is something I love getting to do with them!! Oakland was SO excited when he saw all of the colorful bowls full of snacks he loves! He got to try this mix and totally approves!

I love how Big G cereals helps you turn little moments into big memories! I can’t wait to see my student’s faces as they open their bag and see the festive trail mix inside!

For this mix you need:

-Your favorite fixins! I chose marshmallows, pretzels, cheerios, popcorn, chocolate morsels, and topped it off with sprinkles! We put all of the ingredients into a bowl and then filled each bag with the mix! It’s SUPER easy and anyone can make this!

This looks like a great blend of sweet and salty. And I love that there are no raisins.

Such a fun way to add Cheerios to a snack. We usually just enjoy them by themselves, but this looks way more fun!
