Back to school essentials!

I love “Back to School” time SO much! I love everything about it from the shopping of new clothes and school supplies to personalizing everything! 🙂
Ainsley started school this year and I knew I wanted to get her a matching backpack and lunchbox. My friend Sierra, owns http://www.bluejeanbabyboutique.com/ and she creates some of the cutest things! She does amazing work and does really well with this company! She’s also located in Texas!

This backpack is also just the right size for Ainsley.
 I made the mistake Oakland’s first year of school by getting him a backpack from Pottery Barn Kids and got the smallest one and then realized it got too small for him way to fast. I love that this particular size can stay with Ainsley until Kindergarten!

This lunchbox is perfect for Ainsley, it has a pocket on the outside and inside!

I agree wholeheartedly with this amazing quote. I have read to my children since the day they were born and as they’re getting older I see a love for books and reading them that makes me so happy!

I read these “Back to School” books before he started Kindergarten.

 Here are some of my personal favorites!

 Daddy did not want Oakland to have anything personalized and also wanted to pick out his backpack so he got him this Volcom one from  www.skatewarehouse.com It also happens to be our school colors! I still got Oakland personalized stickers and tags for his supplies and backpack from www.mabelslabels.com

Ainsley started “school” this year and goes twice a week. She LOVES it!
Oakland’s first day of school lunch! I made his sandwich with Fun Bites and did not forget to pack a thing of Neatcheeks !
One really important thing I love about Sierra is that she was really quick to order these products! I needed both of these items in a timely manner before she went back to school and she got them done for me and then MET UP with me to make sure I got them on time! I love that!
