I love food and I love eating out. Cooking at home is a different story. As a teacher and mom of 2 little ones preparing meals is a difficult task for me. I prefer using recipes that take little to no time and have minimal ingredients!
My favorite type of food is hands down ITALIAN! I love everything about Italian food from the history to the flavor! I could eat pasta every night. My go to pasta sauce is definitely Bertolli ! I love how it gives off the authentic, well rounded Tuscan taste! It feels as though I am right there in Italy without having to purchase an airline ticket!
This Chicken Parmesan recipe is one of the easiest things you will ever cook! You only need 5 ingredients! This recipe takes only 30 minutes!!!
Recipe:
Prep time: 5 minutes
Bake time: 25 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 cups of Bertolli 5 cheese pasta sauce
2 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
1/2 package ( about 8 ounces) of spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained.
Directions:
Place the chicken in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top the chicken with the sauce. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
