We weren’t able to take a family trip this summer so going in September was the next best option and we had the best time at the Sandestin Resort !!
We stayed at the actual resort and we have the best view of the beach from our corner room! There were no rooms next to us! It was the perfect set up complete with a kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer and bedroom! The kids slept together on the pull out couch. The kitchen was even stocked with pots and pans, plates, and utensils!!
Neither one of them took a nap during the whole trip. We were having too much fun for them to sleep!
We would literally go down the elevator and then walk past the pools and the beach was right in front of us! We had the perfect set up with two chairs and an umbrella!
Ainsley’s bathing suit is from Ruffle Butts and it was sooooo adorable on! She LOVED the ruffles on the back. It’s perfect for little girls!
This adorable pom pom caftan is from SheIn ! It was perfect for the beach!!
This clutch was PERFECT for my beach vacation!! The pop of yellow went fabulous with all of my outfits I brought!! It’s from States of Summer!
Oakland won this little guy at the Blast Arcade! I swear we spent like $100 to win it too! Haha!
We had the most perfect breakfast at the Sunset Bay Cafe! Our reserved table was by the water! I highly recommend the scrambled eggs and buttermilk pancakes!

I envisioned this photo with our feet in it but that didn’t work out. You can barely read this but I had to document our trip by writing in the sand!
The kids absolutely loved the beach!!!!! The sand was white and the water was clear!!!
Thanks Sandestin for our welcome gifts! The kids got sand pails full of toys and we got wine! 🙂

Our last dinner was at the upscale restaurant Marlin Grill !
I got the filet mignon and it was amazingggggggggg!
Jerod got the pepper crusted seared tuna and the kids got the filet mignon also!
The macaroni and cheese was phenomenal! If you are ever at the Baytowne Wharf you must eat here!
The Marina Bar & Grill had amazing fried pickles, sweet tea, and salad!!!
I loved having this gorgeous roundie for the beach! The kids sat on it a lot! See more of them here!
Packing was much easier this time around thanks to EzPacking ! I love the idea of clear cubes that come in all different sizes to store my items! My luggage was so organized and neat! 🙂 Check them out on Instagram.

The staff was great at the resort, we were checked on many times and we always had clean towels! The city was gorgeous and the resort was breathtaking! We will definitely be going back!
Our family vacation was so amazing and I am so grateful we got the chance to visit beautiful Florida! Thank you again Sandestin Resort for hosting us!
